Kaikki monikulttuurisesta vapaaehtoistoiminnasta kiinnostuneet ovat lämpimästi tervetulleita mukaan perhekerhon toimintaan! Suosituksena on, että kaikki vastaanottokeskuksessa järjestettävään toimintaan mukaan tulevat vapaaehtoiset olisivat käyneet Infon monikulttuurisuustoiminnasta. Perhekerhovapaaehtoisena et tarvitse muuta erityiskoulutusta tai -taitoja (reipasta ja avointa mieltä sen sijaan kyllä).

Perhekerho kokoontuu kerran viikossa Pansion vastaanottokeskuksella. Kerho on lapsille, lastenleikeille ja yhdessä ololle vapaaehtoisten seurassa ja valvonnassa. Kerhossa mm. pelaillaan pelejä, piirrellään, askarrellaan ja sään salliessa voimme myös ulkoilla. Tärkeintä on kuitenkin läsnäolo lasten kanssa. Vapaaehtoisena voit tuoda mukanasi omia ideoita kerhokerroille. Ideoista on aina hyvä sopia etukäteen muiden vapaaehtoisten kanssa. Isommat lapset voivat tulla kerhoon ilman vanhempia, mutta pienimmät lapset ovat kerhossa vanhempiensa seurassa. Tervetuloa mukaan! Everyone who is interested in multicultural volunteering activities at the reception centre is warmly welcome to join our volunteering activities. However, it is recommended that everyone interested in volunteering at the reception centre participates in the course “Info meeting on multicultural activities - Makupaloja monikulttuurisuustoiminnasta” before joining the activities. Any other specific courses and skills are not required from family club volunteers (however, cheery and open mind is a benefit).

Family Club meets once a week at Pansio reception centre. The club offers opportunity for children living at reception centre to play and socialize with each other and with volunteers who are caring and looking after the children. We play different games, draw, play at outdoors if weather allows etc. Nevertheless, the most important thing at the club is volunteers´ presence and caring attendance towards the children. As a volunteer you can bring your own ideas and proposals for the content of the club. However, it is good that the ideas are shared with other volunteers before the club time. Older children can attend the club without their parents, but toddlers should come with their parents. Welcome to join us!
