Tarvitsetteko tapahtumaanne ensiapupäivystäjiä?
 

Osastomme ensiapuryhmä toimii ensiapupäivystyksiä tarjoavana ryhmänä, joka osaltaan parantaa tilaisuuden tai tapahtuman kokonaisturvallisuutta. Pystymme hoitamaan pienet sekä isot päivystykset laadukkaasti, monen vuoden kokemuksella. Päivystyspalvelutoiminta on maksullista ja siitä saatu korvaus käytetään osastomme ensiapuryhmätoiminnan ylläpitämiseen, koulutukseen sekä ensiaputarvikkeiden ja -välineiden hankintaan.

Ensiapupäivystäjämme ovat kaikki vapaaehtoisia, oman työnsä ohella päivystyspalvelua tekeviä. Kaikki ensiapupäivystäjämme ovat saaneet kattavan koulutuksen päivystystehtäviin. Ensiapuryhmämme kouluttautuu ja harjoittelee säännöllisesti, jotta toiminta ensiaputilanteissa on sujuvaa ja autettava saa parhaan mahdollisen avun.

Ensiapuryhmällämme on käytössä päivystyspalveluauto, joka voidaan ottaa mukaan päivystyksiin.

Räätälöimme ensiapupäivystyksen järjestämääsi tapahtumaan, tilaisuuteen tai vaikka konserttiin. Päivystystilaukset sekä tarjouspyynnöt voi tehdä ensiapukoordinaattorille ensisijaisesti sähköpostilla: roipaivystys@gmail.com. (Puh. 040 537 4607.)

Suosittelemme ensiapupäivystyksen tilaamista vähintään kaksi (2) viikkoa ennen tapahtuman ajankohtaa. Tällöin pystymme varmimmin järjestämään ensiapupäivystykseen tarvittavan henkilöstön. Pyrimme hoitamaan myös myöhemmin tulleet päivystyspyynnöt, joskus myös parin päivän varoitusajalla.

Toivoisimme, että yhteydenottoa tehdessänne pystyisitte antamaan seuraavat tiedot ensiapupäivystyskoordinaattorillemme, jolloin meidän on helpompi arvioida riskejä ja tarjota teille oikea määrä ensiapupäivystäjiä tapahtumaanne.

• Milloin tapahtumanne on (päivämäärä(t) ja kellonajat jolloin päivystäjien olisi hyvä olla paikalla)?
• Kuinka paljon ihmisiä tapahtumaanne on odotettavissa?
• Minkä ikäisiä tapahtumaanne osallistuvat ihmiset ovat?
• Onko tapahtumassanne alkoholitarjoilu?
• Onko teillä mahdollisuutta tarjota päivystäjillemme suojaisaa tilaa, jossa voi tarvittaessa antaa ensiapua sekä tarjota asiakkaille intimiteettisuoja toimenpiteiden ajaksi? Ulkotapahtumissa tulemme paikalle päivystyspalveluautolla, jolloin erillistä tilaa ei tarvita.

Do you need first aid responders for your event?

Our first aid team operates as a group providing first aid services, enhancing the overall safety of your event or occasion. With years of experience, we are capable of efficiently managing both small and large-scale emergencies. Our first aid services are fee-based, and the compensation received is utilized to sustain our first aid team's operations, training, as well as the procurement of first aid supplies and equipment.

All our first aid responders are volunteers who dedicate their time alongside their regular jobs to provide first aid services. They have undergone comprehensive training for emergency response tasks. Our team undergoes regular training and exercises to ensure smooth operation during emergencies, providing the best possible assistance to those in need.

We have a dedicated first aid service vehicle that can be deployed to events.

We tailor our first aid services to suit your event, gathering, or concert. Orders for first aid services and requests for quotations can be made primarily via email to our first aid coordinator at roipaivystys@gmail.com or by phone at 040 537 4607.

We recommend booking our first aid services at least two (2) weeks prior to your event date to ensure adequate staffing. However, we strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible, even with a notice of a few days.

When contacting us, please provide the following details to our first aid coordinator, which will assist us in assessing risks and providing the appropriate number of first aid responders for your event:

• Date(s) and times of your event when first aid responders would be required.
• Estimated number of attendees at your event.
• Age range of attendees.
• Will there be alcohol served at your event?
• Can you provide a sheltered space for our responders to administer first aid and offer privacy to attendees during procedures, if needed? For outdoor events, our first aid service vehicle can serve this purpose, eliminating the need for a separate space.
